Episode 9 of Media Astra Ac Terra is now available for download! This episode starts with a book review of The Constant Fire: Beyond the Science vs. Religion Debate by Adam Frank. This is a really good read for anyone interested in the intersection of spirituality and science. Then we take a look at the constellation and sign of Cancer the Crab, and the mineralogy and metaphysics of moonstone! Musical interlude is “Solstice Call” by Gaia Consort, then in the main show I talk a bit about the summer solstice, and take a look at the difference between religious tolerance and religious liberty.
I mentioned a few other podcasts toward the end of the show, including a general recommendation for Dan Carlin’s two podcasts, Hardcore History and Common Sense. I just think more people should listen to both of those.
I also referred to T. Thorn Coyle’s Elemental Castings podcast, specifically Episode 17 – but they’re all good to listen to as well!
I also played promos for the MoonShine podcast with Tegan Lleuad, and the Geek Witch podcast with Tahlea Moonwater.
Thanks for listening to Media Astra Ac Terra – I hope you enjoy this episode!
Bright and dark blessings,

Thanks very much for your comment and the mention on your blog, Celestite! (I love the stone that is your namesake, btw.) I’ve got a new episode coming out on Tuesday with many more planned!
