Episode 11 of Media Astra Ac Terra is now available! This episode takes a look at the constellation and sign of Virgo the Virgin and the mineralogy and metaphysics of peridot! Then in the main show we’ll talk about juggling a wide variety of interests in your life, and the importance of paying attention to the basics.
There aren’t too many links this time around, but I did mention a nice online photo gallery of pictures of this year’s Perseids for those of you who missed the meteor shower or had weather get in the way like I did. 
I also mentioned Ted Andrews’ book Animal Speak, which I’ve found to be a good reference book on totem animals and animal symbolism in general.
As I discuss at the end of the show, going forward I’d like to devote a few shows to taking a fresh look at some of “the basics” of magic, ritual, and pagan religious practice. I suggested such things as casting circle, visualization, setting intent, prayer, and sensing/building/running energy.
