Then in the main show I’ll lead you in a guided meditation meant to reconnect us to the larger world of which we are a part, in this time of year when we might be feeling a little caught up in the rush of things.
In the Terra segment I mentioned that I’m using two new books as reference materials in the metaphysical section of that segment. They are Gemstones A-Z by Diane Stein, and the Encyclopedia of Crystal, Gem, and Metal Magic by Scott Cunningham.
The meditation in the main segment is called “The Remembering,” from a book I mentioned in last month’s show, Coming Back to Life: Practices to Reconnect Our Lives, Our World by Joanna Macy and Molly Young Brown. (I apologize for only listing Joanna Macy as the author last time.)
